Support has been rebuilt from scratch as well. The previous help resources were retired entirely and replaced by a new, better-sorted, more structured Helpdesk and Knowledgebase designed around one question: “How fast can someone find the exact answer they need?”
What changed
- A clean information architecture. Content is now organized by company, by Web4 layer, and by task — so users can navigate either by “which product am I using” or by “what am I trying to do.”
- Structured article hierarchy. Categories → sections → articles → step-by-step procedures. No more orphaned pages, no more dead ends.
- Consistent article format. Every knowledgebase entry follows the same shape: what this is, who it’s for, prerequisites, steps, troubleshooting, related articles.
- Full-text search across the entire knowledgebase, so answers are reachable in seconds rather than through menu archaeology.
- Daily updates. New answers, new how-tos, and new troubleshooting guides are added every day, driven directly by the real questions arriving through support channels and the community.
- Ticketing integrated with the knowledgebase. Users who cannot find an answer can open a request in the same place — and the resulting resolution frequently becomes tomorrow’s public article.
- Coverage across the whole ecosystem. Web4 fundamentals, identity and login via UIID, building a social network or super app, using the free SaaS tooling, developer and API topics, hardware questions, account and billing topics, privacy and security, and more.

- Raw historical data published openly, so anyone can verify the numbers rather than take a marketing dashboard’s word for it.
Why open source matters here
A status page maintained privately by the same company that operates the services is, structurally, a conflict of interest. By publishing the monitor configuration, the check history, and the incident record in a public repository under an MIT license (with historical data under the Open Database License), LINKSPREED GROUP makes its uptime claims independently auditable.
